When you train mixed martial arts (MMA), you not only learn self-defense skills through this realistic martial arts style, you can also get in shape, take part in positive socializing & community, as well as build earned confidence, fight stress, and give yourself a competitive outlet in a safe environment! Taught by Logan Strandemo who is A.C.E Certified, A.C.E Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Stick Mobility Certified Movement Specialist. He has over 9,000 hours of coaching experience and a lifetime of combat training experience.
